AN OBSERVATION:
Amicable break ups are much harder than bitter break ups. In a bitter break up, you just snatch the band aid off and keep it spinning. DEUCES!!!
In an amicable break up, there is an overwhelming apathy that dulls the emotions. This dulled state allows you to let the whole damn thing just wither on the vine.
REAL LIFE IS OFTEN STRANGER THAN FICTION.
